1. General Principle (No Refund Policy)

All applicants are strongly advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria and instructions before filling out the EJCET 2026 registration form.

The Application / Registration Fee paid to Education Ji Digital Private Limited is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.

Once the fee is successfully paid, it shall not be refunded even if the candidate fails to appear for the examination, withdraws the application, or is disqualified due to ineligibility.

2. Duplicate Payment Clause

The only exception to the No-Refund policy is in the event of a technical glitch resulting in a Double Payment (fee deducted twice for the same application number).

In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 10 to 15 working days after verification.

The candidate must email a refund request to info@educationji.com along with valid transaction proof for both payments.

3. Online Exam & Technical Issues (Strict Clause)

Since EJCET is an Online Remote Proctored (Home-Based) Exam, the candidate is solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functional device (Mobile/Laptop).

• No Refund for Technical Failure: No refund shall be provided if the candidate is unable to attempt or complete the exam due to internet issues, power failure, or device malfunction.
• Rescheduling: In genuine cases, the Management may offer a rescheduled exam slot at its sole discretion. No monetary refund will be issued.

4. Scholarship & Admission Related Refunds

Scholarship Nature: The EJCET Scholarship is a Tuition Fee Waiver provided by participating colleges. It is not a cash reward; therefore, no refund applies.

College Fees: Education Ji has no role in refunding admission, semester, hostel, or mess fees paid directly to the allotted college. Any dispute regarding such refunds shall be strictly between the student and the respective college/university.

5. Disqualification & Cancellation

• If a candidate is found ineligible (age, qualification, or document mismatch), their candidature shall be cancelled and the fee forfeited.
• If a candidate is found using unfair means (cheating, impersonation, or malpractice), the result will be cancelled and no refund claim will be entertained.

6. Modification of Policy

Education Ji Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

7. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising out of payment, cancellation, or refund issues shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar only.
