These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.educationji.com and the Education Ji Common Entrance & Scholarship Test (EJCET) services provided by Education Ji Digital Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its Registered Office at Noida, Delhi NCR and Regional Head Office at Patna, Bihar.

By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you ("User", "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Examination Rules & Conduct (Online Home-Based)

2.1 Exclusive Service & Device Permissions (Proctoring Consent)

By registering for EJCET, you explicitly grant consent to the Company and its AI Proctoring partners to access your device's Camera, Microphone, and Screen during the examination. Video and audio may be recorded to detect malpractice.

If you deny these permissions, you will not be able to attempt the exam and no refund will be provided.

2.2 Exam Rescheduling & Technical Failures

• No refund will be provided for absence due to illness, network failure, or device malfunction.
• The Company reserves the right to reschedule the examination at its discretion.
• Slot shifting may occur due to technical maintenance or low candidate count.

2.3 Cancellation of Candidature

If any student provides false information or is found using unfair means such as cheating, impersonation, or using unauthorized devices, their candidature will be cancelled immediately without notice.

3. Scholarship & Financial Aid Policy

3.1 Distribution Logic

• Scholarship (Tuition Fee Waiver) is based on All India Rank (AIR) in EJCET 2026.
• Approximately top 30% of qualified candidates will be eligible.
• Additional rewards may be granted at the discretion of management.

3.2 Scholarship Validity & Continuity

• Valid only if admission is taken through Education Ji Counselling.
• Scholarship will be discontinued if academic performance falls below required standards.
• Actual waiver may vary based on college tuition fees.

3.3 Re-Checking Policy

Re-calculation requests will be verified; however, Question Papers and Answer Keys will not be disclosed due to security reasons.

4. Fees & Refund Policy

The application fee paid for EJCET is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to the registered email ID after successful transaction.

5. Privacy, Data Usage & Marketing Consent

Use of Personal Attributes for Marketing The User hereby consents to the use by Education Ji Digital Pvt. Ltd. of his/her Name, Photograph, Video Testimonials, Rank, and Statements ("Personal Attributes") for:

• Publication of results
• Online and offline advertising & promotions
• Use in newspapers, magazines, hoardings, and digital platforms

No royalty or monetary compensation shall be payable for such use.

5.2 Sharing of Information

User data may be shared with Participating Colleges/Universities solely for admission and scholarship processing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including exam questions, test series, logos, graphics, and software are the exclusive property of Education Ji Digital Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or distribution will lead to legal action.

7. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

7.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from violation of these Terms.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

• No liability for technical issues or internet failures.
• No responsibility for third-party website content.
• No warranties beyond those expressly stated.

8. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
